
MEVALIA MEATBALL MARINARA ‘SUB’
Preparation
serves 4
mix the MEVALIA burger mix with the water, roll the mix into meatballs and fry in a pan for 2 mins with a teaspoon of olive oil
in a bowl mix the meatballs with the passata
lay cheese slice(s) over the top and bake for 15 mins 180 degrees Celsius or until cheese has melted
splash a tiny bit off water on mevalia baguettes and bake for 5 mins
serve the meatballs inside the baguette
Try adding a hint of chilli flakes to the burger mix for a kick !
