MEVALIA MEATBALL MARINARA ‘SUB’

Ingredients
  • 0 MEVALIA burger mix 140 g
  • 0 water 180 ml
  • 0 Olive oil
  • 0 tomato passata 500 g
  • 0 salt pinch
  • 0 pepper pinch
  • 0 Mini MEVALIA baguette (1 per portion)
  • 0 Low protein cheese slices (1 per portion)
Preparation
serves 4

mix the MEVALIA burger mix with the water, roll the mix into meatballs and fry in a pan for 2 mins with a teaspoon of olive oil

in a bowl mix the meatballs with the passata  

lay cheese slice(s) over the top and bake for 15 mins 180 degrees Celsius or until cheese has melted

splash a tiny bit off water on mevalia baguettes and bake for 5 mins

serve the meatballs inside the baguette

 

Try adding a hint of chilli flakes to the burger mix for a kick !
