LOW PROTEIN WELSH RAREBIT

Preheat a grill to a high setting.
Place the cheese, butter, Worcester sauce, mustard, bread mix and pepper in a saucepan.
Mix the ingredients well and then add Mevalia Lattis. Careful not to make the mixture too wet and runny!
Stir the ingredients over a gentle heat until all components have melted and it begins to thicken
Leave to cool a little whilst toasting one side of the pan casericco under the grill leaving the door open.
Once the bread is toasted spread the rarebit over the untoasted side and brown under a hot grill.
Remove from the grill and serve hot.
