Preparation
Makes 1 portion
In a bowl mix well together the burger mix, spices and garlic.
Add the water, oil and allow to rest. Meanwhile submerge 6 wooden skewers in water.
Slice the potato and halve the tomatoes.
Divide the burger mix dough into 3 portions of equal size.
Take the skewers out of the water and dry.
Wrap three skewers with the burger mix dough (press on well) and thread vegetables onto the other skewers.
Brush the six skewers with oil.
Preheat a grill and fry the skewers for 8-10 minutes.
Garnish with cucumber and serve.
USEFUL TIPS
• Alternatively serve with ketchup or toasted MEVALIA Pan Carrè. • The skewers can be taken to a barbecue in the summer.
