MEVALIA LOW PROTEIN GREEK AVOCADO DELI SANDWICH

Ingredients
  • Mevalia Pane Casereccio 2 slices
  • ripe avocado ½
  • spring onion (cut into thin strips) 1
  • Heinz Sandwich Spread 1 tsp
  • mini sun blushed tomatoes (not sun dried) 8
  • green olives (sliced thinly) 3
  • lemon juice ½ tsp
  • Butter for spreading
  • Salt
  • pepper
Preparation
makes one sandwich

Place the flesh of the avocado in a bowl, add the lemon juice and mash until soft.

Butter both slices of the Mevalia Pane Casereccio, and then thinly spread the Heinz Sandwich Spread on to the slices.

Spread the mashed avocado, then layer the sun blushed tomatoes, then the olives and spring onions.

To finish season according to taste, cut in half and serve.
