Information for Dietitians.
We aim to provide a flexible home delivery service and deliveries can be made to your patient’s home, work or another convenient address.
With your patient’s, parent’s or carer’s consent, Dialachemist will manage any repeat prescription.
• They are made every 4 weeks
• They will be made Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
• They are sent via Royal Mail next day business service or with a reputable pharmaceutical courier
• Changes to a chosen delivery day* can be made to suit your patient’s, parent’s or carer’s plans, they just need to let Dialachemist know in advance about any alterations they wish to make.
*It is important for Dialachemist to be aware of the best day for a delivery to be made.
If it’s likely that there will be no one at the address to receive the delivery, any information regarding where to leave the delivery (safe place), or an alternative address would be very useful.
This helps Dialachemist to ensure patient’s receive their prescription in good time.
